Our family’s traditional shepherd’s hut is set in a large glade in 22 acres at the 15th Century settlement of Darwood (which is medieval word for deer wood) in an area of outstanding natural beauty set amongst the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Longwool Shepherd’s Hut is a very large traditional shepherd’s hut as used by my great-grandfather in the early 19th Century. The hut has been sympathetically restored by a local craftsman to the highest possible standard and is ideal for glamping.
If you have ever wanted to try glamping in a shepherd’s hut, why not visit Longwool Shepherd's Hut which is unique in the county of Lincolnshire. We look forward to welcoming you with the very best of our warm Lincolnshire hospitality.
Longwool Shepherd’s Hut is the perfect place for glamping, either for a romantic break or just a well needed escape from the bustle of daily life. The tranquillity of the wild with all the comforts of home will recharge your batteries.
